LARKSPUR HISTORICAL SOCIETY’S SHAMROCK RANCH TOUR

Shamrock Ranch is a beautiful 2,900 acre ranch in El Paso County owned by David A. Wismer, a very gracious owner who loves the land and is willing to share the magnificent views of it. Shamrock Ranch is in the Black Forest Area and portions of it was damaged by the ultra-destructive Black Forest Fire of 2013 (One of the photographs below depict the burned area and the mastication work that has been done on it). The main target of the tour were the Ranch’s Giant Ponderosa’s: Grandpa and Grandma. Terry Stokka instructed and guided the Society for this tour. Thanks to Larkspur Historical Society for sharing these pictures.
